All prices are FOB, Portland, Oregon.

Payment: Orders may be placed via email or regular mail. A 50% deposit will get your tile project started, with the balance due upon shipping.  We can accept checks, bank wires, or money orders. If you would like to use a credit card, we can use paypal or create a special listing in our etsy shop for you to complete your purchase.

Production Time/Shipping: Our usual production time is 6-8 weeks upon receipt of deposit. Rush orders can be worked out on a case by case basis. (We prefer that you be pleasantly surprised rather than the reverse). Sometimes we may have what you need on hand. Shipping will be via UPS Regular Ground unless otherwise instructed and you will be billed for the actual freight cost only. For anything other than tile, we also add a 5% packing charge.

Returns:  We really want you to be happy with our work! Of course, the beauty of our product is in it's handmade qualities. Because our pieces are made one at a time and fired in small batches there will be slight variations in color and design. It is characteristic of this type of product to have minor blemishes and imperfections which produce it's authentic handmade look.  Please examine your shipment immediately upon arrival. We should be notified of damaged or incorrect deliveries within a week. Installation of tile indicates acceptance of the product.

Design tips for tile installations: You can print out our images (right click, copy, paste) and shuffle them around on an elevation drawing of your project to arrange them the way you like. Please measure carefully and order any extras with the initial order to insure a good match. Our tile measure approximately 5.75" x 5.75"; adding the 1/4" grout joint results in a full 6" x 6" unit, tile thickness is around 3/8". Browse through all the categories; all our tile can comfortably mix & match. Use the borders and trim pieces for mirror surrounds, wall accent stripes, caps for backsplashes. Check the installations page for ideas on how to combine and lay-out various images. Our blue and white color scheme works well with almost any color tile or paint. The black tile look great with stone or matte white tile  

Custom work: Other tile sizes, trim shapes, surface bullnose, etc, are available; let us know what you need. We often do custom work, so don't feel limited by what you see here.
